Electric scooter assembly: what the workshop photographs show
Our company photographs provide a view into electric two-wheeler assembly. Two views show vehicles at workstations and materials beside the line. Here is what is visible, and what an importer should still confirm for a specific order.
Vehicles positioned at the line
Vehicles are arranged beside the line with work areas and containers nearby. This shows an assembly setting, but a still photograph cannot prove the full sequence of operations, production speed or the checks applied to an individual vehicle. Those are separate questions for the order discussion.
A second view of the workstations
The second angle shows the relationship between vehicles, fixtures and parts at the workstations. We do not label a specific fastening, wiring or testing operation unless the material clearly establishes it. No test pass rate, quality certification or shipment promise is derived from these images.
Turn a factory view into specific questions
For your chosen model, ask which battery and controller configuration the quotation covers, which documents are available for your destination, and which inspection information can be supplied for the order. Keep those questions tied to a named model and configuration; evidence for one version should not be assumed to cover the entire range.
